So where guessing you've heard of the Oxjam Music Festival, if not here you go...

Oxjam is Oxfam's & The UK's largest music event and the biggest collective festival! It's a music festival with a difference: Every year hundreds of music-lovers get involved by organizing their own music events, all across the UK, throughout the month of October, whether it is there first time at running an event or there an experienced organization who wants to dedicate a big event to Oxfam. The proceeds from these events go to Oxfam to help fight poverty and improve the lives of people who are born into poverty or have been affected by disasters in crisis areas.

Oxjam will be taking place again across the UK in October 2010 and this year it's going to be bigger and better than ever before! Oxfam’s dedicated team to the Oxjam brand have been very busy setting up help and advice for the event participators from the UK's biggest promotion company 'Live-nation'. The national marketing plan is going to be vast and will draw huge spotlight onto this year’s festivals.

The Festival which has been arranged for Chester is firstly going to be a big event which will be held at the Chester Race Course, and secondly a landmark for Chester with its predicted success, with the idea to bring together a great amount of unsigned talented artists this will not only give the guests a chance to enjoy some of the talented people that live in and around the area, as well as meeting the artists that are possibly on the verge of becoming signed.

This will be a great opportunity for a lucky company to brand there name with what could possibly be the birth of Chester's new annual Music Festival. So far there has been talk and proposals from companies but we want to see and give other companies the chance to put their name forward, along with their proposition's and their ideas for the festival.

Our aim is to bring a company in to help raise money for the great cause of Oxfam, but mainly to help construct a day that will set a standard for Chester Music events in the Future. So "Who's In?"
